Super Mario Kart

Besides the sunset, both versions of the colorful and action packed Super Mario Kart artwork seem extremely similar at a glance. It's interesting to note that almost all the characters were redrawn, as well as the course itself is different. A couple years before his DKC redesign, Donkey Kong looks a bit too cuddly in his white shirt.

The flashy world of motor sports: As you advance through a number of contests, more and more kart types are introduced. 4 types of karts and 8 drivers have been registered. In 24 unique courses, obtaining the win amongst the familiar drivers is decided by every means, from turtle shells to banana peels! Including all the 1 and 2 player modes, Mario Kart is like 5 games in 1. Beginner racers to the advanced can all come together at the start line!!

Mario Kart 64

Emphasizing the four player mode, Mario Kart was still a blast in single player. The color, variety and hilly terrain of all the courses was really amazing so early in the 3D era. The controller pack-in edition contains some slightly modified text.
