Crime Crackers (12.3.94)
This fascinating, early Japanese PS1 title blended anime stylings and RPG elements with FPS gameplay which was rapidly taking over America as gamers acquired access to sufficiently powerful hardware. Despite the intriguing gameplay, it reviewed fairly poorly.
