This stage was localized as "Red Coins on the Floating Isle". If you've made it this far, here's some great news: Except for one character, you've already learned everything in this phrase!
1. 浮 > うき > Uki ＞ Floating
The three dots on the left of 浮 act as the radical form for water (水). 孚 is a character only used in the Chinese language(s), depicting some sort of claw or hand holding a child. The full character 浮 is believed to be a child being reached for as its (bold) floating in amniotic fluid. Don't be discouraged by the drawn out and speculative etymology, as you'll easily associate 浮 with "floating" upon enough encounters with it.
2. 島の８枚のコイン > しまのはちまいのコイン > Shima no hachimai koin > Eight Coins of the Island
This long string of characters has already been covered in earlier entries. Briefly summed: 島 (Island) の (Possessive Particle) ８ (Eight) 枚 (Thin, flat object counter) の (Listing particle) コイン (Coin). Upon request, I would be happy to try explaining them differently in this space if further clarification is sought. Just as the coin stages are fairly easy due to their familiarity and repetition, so is language itself!
Once again, the Japanese title for Mario's dangerous journey among the tiny sky high platforms is summed up as: 浮島の８枚のコイン > うきしまのはちまいのコイン > Ukishima no hachi mai no koin > Eight Coins of the Floating Island
