Cosmic Carnage / Cyber Brawl (1.27.95)
While boasting some impressively animated fighter visuals, Cosmic Carnage was infamous in the 90s as one of the worst of the dozens of 2D fighters attempting to follow the success of Street Fighter II, rivaled only by Rise of the Robots.
