Released as the Super 32X in Japan, Sega's doomed add-on only saw 18 titles, one of which was a Japanese exclusive. Released around the time Power Rangers was hot in America, it seemed very appealing to assemble various upgrades for your Genesis as if it was a consolized Megazord. Like the Virtual Boy, I knew better than to beg for this system for Christmas. I did rent it from a local video store with Doom for a few days too see what all the fuss was about. Choosing to wait for the "real" next generation systems on the horizon, it was still fun to read in magazines about all the slightly upgraded 16-bit titles, Model 1 ports, and odd games such as Kolibri and Toughman Contest.
