Chrono Cross (11.18.99)
Featuring breathtaking cover artwork, amongst many other qualities, the hype for Chrono Cross was off the charts. Most would agree it missed the mark for being a worthy sequel to the legendary Chrono Trigger, but on its own merits, Cross was still one of the 32-bit era's most impressive RPGs.
