Fighting Vipers (Saturn) (8.30.96)
Sega's #2 fighting series offered a more visceral feel and easier to approach gameplay than the highly technical Virtua Fighter. I dug the grittier character designs as well. Famous within the 90s internet, Pepsi Man is a hidden character exclusive to the Japanese version.

Of course, 2-player is included. There's also a team battle, training and more original modes not available in the arcade now added to the Saturn edition.
