Pikmin (Wii) Japanese Box Art / Packaging Translation

Pikmin (Wii) (12.25.08)

The Wii packaging gets an ugly border on the front and is rather busy on the back. The hit song "Ai No Uta" is referenced multiple times on the back.

Uprooted, increasing, fighting, being devoured...

Going anywhere with you, the mysterious creatures, the Pikmin.

Making a crash landing on an unknown planet, Captain Olimar borrows the powers of the Pikmin while gathering the parts of his wrecked space chip. The goal is to escape the planet within 30 days.

Use the nunchuck to control Olimar, and point the Wiimote at the screen to direct the Pikmin.

(Left Wiimote Caption) Move Olimar and have the Pikmin follow.

(Center Wiimote Caption) Throw Pikmin at the pointed location.

(Right Wiimore Caption) Call Pikmin from the pointed location.

About the Pikmin: Animal like, and plant like, they're a strange lifeform. In three varieties of red, blue and yellow, they possess various, differing characteristics.

What the Pikmin can do:

Transport, Follow, Increase, Fight (As well as get eaten...)
