Dual Heroes (12.5.97)
Despite making ambitious efforts with 3D analog controls, multiple AI models for each character, and being directing by Keita Amemiya, Dual Heroes was lambasted as one of the worst 3D fighters of the era. It often received scores around 3/10. Interestingly, yhe character Zen long predates Raiden and doesn't look entirely different from his MGS: Revengeance design.
