Sonic Adventure (Dreamcast) (12.23.98)
I spent years highly anticipating this title after the Saturn's "Sonic X-Treme" turned into vaporware. While the bold scope of Sonic Adventure had plenty of rough spots, particularly with non-speed oriented characters, levels such as Emerald Coast, Red Mountain and Speed Highway were tremendously satisfying.

The playable characters include Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy. Also, Ganma and Big are newly introduced. These six characters sport six types of action in the various, interlocking stories. It's time to resist and time to cooperate while we deepen our friendships. We're going forward with the six adventures.
