Bomberman 64 / Baku Bomberman (9.26.97)
One of the most pleasant surprises of the 2D to 3D transition, Bomberman 64 greatly expanded upon the basic, constantly reiterted premise of the 2D games. The box art also sports the type of high fidelity, colorful 3D renders which were all the rage in the mid to late 90s.
