Donald Land (1.29.88)
Developed and released by Data East exclusively for Japan, Donald Land was a fairly mediocre platformer with some rather bizarre and frightening enemies and bosses. The final boss, Gumon, fits better in Killer Klowns from Outer Space than a game more oriented towards children. Few would be clowned for saying Donald Land was easily trumped by McDonald's Treasure Land Adventure by Treasure and Virgin Interactive's M.C. Kids.
