The long awaited sequel to the late 80s arcade phenom arrived as a SNES exclusive. Keep an eye on the backgrounds, as Chun-Li and Guile can be spotted.

The evil of this world has reached its limit... The Final..Fight..Continues...
Peace seems to have been restored to Metro City. However, Mayor Hagger has been enveloped by apprehension, as the remaining members of Mad Gear have announced their [World Domination Plan]. One day, the Mayor's office receives a phone call. Finally, Mad Gear seems to have begun mobilizing. With Guy being absent, everything rests on Hagger's shoulders. Together with the young lady of the Genryuusai Clan, Maki, and the martial artist, Carlos Miyamoto, Hagger unravels the 'Final Fight'. Harder, more realistic...the violence erupts once again!!
Mighty Final Fight (6.11.93)
Not just a downgraded port of the arcade hit, Final Fight was completely retooled for the NES to impressive effect. Coming out late in the system's life cycle, many missed this mini Metro City melee. As of this writing, it was only ported to a 2006 NES compilation for the Game Boy Advance.

In the gigantic metropolis of Metro City, a young woman rules over the people's hearts with her outstanding beauty and carefree smile. Wishing to make the girl their own, she was kidnapped by the bullies of Metro City, who've gathered together to form the super violent gang [Mad Gear].
Just the mere mention of their name causes people to tremble with fear and go into hiding. With the city sunken into despair over Jessica, in order to rescue her and bring back hope, some heroes head into Mad Gear's hideout: Jessica's father, Mike Hagger, [The Genius of Fighting] Cody, and the Bushinryuu Ninja, Guy.
The battle of the three, fighting with their love, begins now...
Final Fight 3 / Final Fight Tough (12.22.95)
The third Final Fight game was not bad at all, but suffered poor reviews due to it's evolved, but somewhat tired approach. With the advent 3D gaming being so exciting at the time, many late 16-bit titles didn't get their deserved credit.
The latest Final Fight. The tough guys return!
Mad Gear has been destroyed, and peace has been brought back to Metro City. But now, the Skull Cross organization, riginally a subordinate of Mad Gearm has quickly developed. They have risen back within Metro City to once again to bring anxiety and fear....
Will the street battles never cease? For the sake of a peaceful Metro City...Hey, fighters! Stand up against them and fight with your rage!
Final Fight Revenge (3.20.00)
A new Capcom fighter set in the Final Fight universe should have been a guaranteed hit, however FFR suffered poor reception for its unwieldy controls. Hagger's crew and Mad Gear ended up faring better through their continuous integration into the Street Fighter series. Still curious to try this out, for years I've been dreaming for it to be included in a Final Fight Collection.
