I can still distinctively remember being taken aback when first walking up to it at the arcade. The feminine portrayal of Ken on the cabinet really didn't jive with me at the time, but that was quickly forgotten when witnessing how amazing the game looked. Sagat's sprite in particular was super intimidating!

For the Saturn cover, Sakura is given prominent space and Dan even looks like a serious character! The PlayStation versions sports identical text but different cover and back art. While both covers are excellent, I prefer the PS1 take by far. I can still remember visiting a Best Buy in 1996 and first laying eyes on the intense face off between Ryu and Akuma!
