Battle Clash / Space Bazooka Japanese Packaging / Box Art Translation

Battle Clash / Space Bazooka (6.21.93)

One of Nintendo's must unique games of the SNES era featured a mature tone and much deeper gameplay than your standard quarter-muncher arcade light gun game. Completing this dozens of times as a kid, it was extremely satisfying picking apart your opponents limb by limb, immobilizing them before finishing them off. The even better sequel, Metal Combat, never reached Japan.

"Battle Game"

In the decimated societies of the 21st century, this is a new type of combat sport!!

The "Battle Game" consists of giant weaponized STs (Standing Tanks) engaged in a fight to the death. You play the part of the offensive specialist (gunner), equipped with a Super Scope. Entering the latest ST model, the Falcon, along with the pilot, Michael...you must both truly fight in this "Battle Game" in order to become the victor.
