Ghostbusters (Mega Drive) (6.30.90)
Developed by Compile and Sega themselves, this particular adaption of Ghostbusters reviewed quite decently. From the screenshots, it doesn't seem to follow the movie too strictly. The fire dragon boss in particular looks like something out of the Gradius series.
