Street Fighter 2010: The Final Fight (8-8-90)
Even as a gullible kid in the early 90s, I remember being utterly baffled when a friend in the neighborhood told me about this game and invited me to play. An obvious cash-in on their two star franchises which the NES wasn't equipped to do justice to, I quickly came away unimpressed. The game at least has a fairly incredible soundtrack by Junko Tamiya that's worth a listen.

In an age where humanity has begun seeking a new frontier by migrating to other planets, a wicked criminal who altered himself into a cyborg, called the "Parasite," has appeared. Shall the planet be ruled by his evil reign? The Galaxy Police have finally dispatched their Cyborg Officer, "Kevin"...
