Out of This World / Another World / Outer World (11.27.92)
Known in Japan as Outer World, it got the PC's more mature cover in line with the game's tone compared to the cartoony cover in North America. The game seems to play rather clunky, but along with Flashback on the Mega Drive it made some waves for how the graphics were able to mimic traditional animation.

The first Super Famicom game to utilize polygonal animation!
One stormy night, physicist Lester Knight Chaykin stopped by the laboratory to begin one of his usual experiments. His own carelessness led to a huge explosion among the experimenting devices, engulfing him. Then...regaining consciousness, his eyes came upon something no one else has seen, Another World. In order to return to his original world, Lester must attempt a frantic escape.
An adventure action game making broad use of current polygonal technology. With smooth scrolling, close-ups, (scene) switching, zoom-in and other cinematic techniques, each step brings you to one of the many puzzles which have been set up. The player will experience brand new thrills not seen until now.
