F-Zero X Expansion Kit Japanese Packaging / Box Art Translation

 F-Zero X Expansion Kit (4.21.01)

Rather than the originally promised URA Zelda, Earthbound 64, or Super Mario 64 2, the F-Zero Expansion Kit wound up being the premier piece of software for the much hyped 64DD add-on. Developed for the serious F-Zero enthusiast, the packaging is rather bare and no non-sense. Reminds me of the Lego Technic boxes I was too nervous to attempt as a kid.

Front:
This disk expands the functions of the F-Zero X software. Without F-Zero X, the disk will not start. (For those without it, please first purchase the F-Zero X N64 cartridge.)

Back:
Design a course the will put the pros to shame. You set the stage of the super high speed battle! "Just the courses given are not enough to race on," "I want to create my own original machine". For those F-Zero experts, we've sent the F-Zero X Expansion Kit, to be used in conjunction with the F-Zero X cartridge software.

[Create a machine] and [Course Edit] are two new modes which have been added. Particularly notable, [Course Edit] mode is roughly the same as the official tool used by development staff, allowing you to create authentic courses. You can experience what it's like to be a game developer to your heart's content.
